Stephen Crabb withdraws from UK Conservative leadership race

Stephen Crabb, UK  Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, has withdrawn from the Tory (Conservative) leadership race and is backing Theresa May, who now seems the more likely candidate to succeed David Cameron.
